That signing prompt is the security boundary that matters: approving a transaction can grant a contract permission to move your tokens indefinitely, and most losses come from approving something without reading it rather than from the wallet itself being broken.

Recovery depends entirely on the seed phrase, which no one can restore for you. Anyone asking for it — including anyone claiming to be support — is attempting theft.
