Meta Business Suite is where Facebook Pages, Instagram accounts, ad accounts and team permissions are managed together.

Setting it up correctly matters more than it first appears: assets should be owned by the business account rather than by an individual, because a Page or ad account tied to a personal profile becomes inaccessible when that person leaves.

It also governs who can access what, with role-based permissions that should be scoped rather than granting admin access by default.
